By Road:

From the M11 leave the motorway at junction 7 taking the A414 towards Harlow. Go straight over the first roundabout and then left at the second roundabout on to Second Avenue. Go straight over the next two roundabouts and left at the next onto Third Avenue. Turn right at the next roundabout on to Haydens Road. The Haydens Road multi-storey car park is on the right; this has direct access to the Harvey Shopping Centre. From Hertford take the A414 towards Eastwick and Harlow. On arriving in Harlow at the first main roundabout turn right on to Fifth Avenue (still signed A414). Go straight over the next roundabout; turn right at the next roundabout on to Fourth Avenue. Go straight over the next roundabout; turn left at the next roundabout on to Haydens Road. The Haydens Road multi-storey car park is on the left; this has direct access to the Harvey Shopping Centre.

By Rail:

By Bus:

All buses to Harlow stop at Terminus Street Bus Station, which is located in Harlow Town Centre. The Harvey Shopping Centre is a few minutes walk from the bus terminal. The buses that run from the Train Station to the Town are No: 1B, 2, 3, 4 and 10; the journey time is approximately 6 minutes.

Taxi
Harlow Town Centre has great transport links. The Harvey Centre has a free Taxi Call Phone outside Tescos. There is also a Black Taxi rank just outside Playhouse Walk.

Parking Options

Park in the Harvey Centres Multi-storey for real ease of access. The  731 space car park is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will find disabled bays on levels 1, 2 and 3 and parent and child bays on levels 1 and 3. You will also find a large bike bay on level 1 along with a car valet service. Phoenix Live is best accessed from Level 3.
